Job summary

Transition Staffing Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in San Diego, CA for a contract or contract-to-hire role, onsite and supporting West Coast high-volume hiring. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include posting requisitions in ATS, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing communications, and supporting offers and onboarding while building a strong talent pipeline for rapid growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires across multiple business units.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and support timely hiring decisions.
Post and maintain requisitions in ATS and on external channels.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, support offers and onboarding.
Oversee background checks and onboarding.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing.
Use social media, job boards, and networking to identify top talent.
Build relationships with HR teams, managers, and stakeholders.
Suggest improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Transition Staffing Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a contract or contract-to-hire role in San Diego, CA (fully onsite) to support West Coast high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for experienced hire roles across multiple business units
Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, define job requirements, and support timely hiring decisions
Post and maintain requisitions in the ATS and on external channels, including LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, ensuring fit with technical requirements and team needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support offer creation and onboarding
Oversee background checks and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies
Use multiple channels to identify top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking
Build and maintain relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to support consistent service and communication
Suggest improvements to recruiting processes, efficiency, and the candidate experience

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
