Job summary

ABM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing within the HR Department while supporting university, skilled trades, and military recruiting programs. Attention to detail, strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

This Hybrid Role is in-office Mon-Thurs and can be located in Sugar Land, TX or New York, NY, with a pay range of $23.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes preferred.
• Experience coordinating recruitment programs is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and code invoices for payment.
• Facilitate accounts payable processing with accuracy.
• Coordinate recruitment program administration including interview scheduling.
• Support hiring managers with scheduling, presentations, and event coordination.
• Track and follow up on program activities and metrics.

ABM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, Accounts Payable to crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices within the HR Department while providing year-round administrative and coordination support for university, skilled trades, and military recruiting programs. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and coding invoices, this individual facilitates the seamless flow of financial transactions, contributing to the department’s fiscal health. The position also supports recruitment program administration through interview scheduling, hiring manager support, presentation coordination, event coordination, and related program tracking and follow-up. Attention to detail, organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

This is a Hybrid Role (in office Mon - Thu) which can be located in:

Pay: $23.00 – $29.00

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
