ABM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices within the HR Department while providing year-round administrative and coordination support for university, skilled trades, and military recruiting programs.

This is a Hybrid Role (in office Mon - Thu) located in Sugar Land, TX or New York, NY. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $29.00 per hour, with eligibility for a company bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and code invoices for accuracy and timely processing.
• Support recruitment program administration through interview scheduling, hiring manager support, presentation coordination, event coordination, and program tracking.
