King & Bishop in Tewksbury, MA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiter for a 2-month on-site assignment. This role handles posting roles, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interview logistics.

You will create or update job descriptions, post openings, respond to applicants, conduct interviews with scripted questions, share resumes with hiring managers, and prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Create or update, as needed, job descriptions and/or job posting (utilizing templates)
• Timely post open roles via external ATS and internal HRIS
• Review applicants timely via external ATS and internal HRIS
• Respond to all applicants timely (selected candidates inviting to initial interview, non-selected candidates are informed)
• Conduct initial interview with selected candidates (utilizing a script tailored to each role)
• Share applicants resume with hiring managers (to obtain feedback) and timely follow-up/communication with hiring managers, as needed
• Coordinate all aspects of the interview process including interview scheduling and following up with candidates
• Conduct reference checks for selected candidates
• Prepare offer letters and other new hire paperwork for hiring managers, as needed present candidates with verbal offers and email/track offer letters
• Communicate day one new hire orientation details and send to new hires via email (template to utilize)
• Create new hire electronic employee files (template to follow)
• Save all new hire documentation in their electronic employee file
• Create internal new hire communications, as needed
• Additional miscellaneous HR tasks, as needed
