Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rancho Bernardo, CA, supporting high-volume recruiting operations within the aerospace and defense industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys coordinating interviews, supporting candidates and hiring teams, and keeping recruiting processes organized and moving forward.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented HR environment with exposure to recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, onboarding processes, and recruiting systems. This is a strong opportunity to build on your talent acquisition operations experience while supporting a stable, professional organization with structured processes, collaborative teams, and supportive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of audio, virtual, and onsite interviews across candidates, recruiters, interview teams, and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate interview logistics, including confirmations, travel coordination, interview materials, evaluations, and related correspondence.
• Process and verify candidate and employee travel expense reimbursement reports.
• Partner with Human Resources to support new hire onboarding requests and ensure timely completion of required materials.
• Maintain confidential candidate, employee, and recruiting records in electronic and hard copy formats.
• Support recruiting operations projects, process improvement initiatives, and other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Duration: 1 year.
• Schedule: 9/80 schedule.
• Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA 92128.
