Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workplace issues.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, progressive documentation, policy interpretation, and compliance with California and Federal employment laws.
• Support employee engagement, retention, career development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Facilitate performance management training, performance review processes, talent development sessions, and HR training for assigned business groups.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and leadership on interviewing, candidate selection, compensation reviews, salary analysis, merit, bonus, and out-of-cycle compensation processes.
• Analyze HR data, exit interview trends, and workforce metrics using Excel tools such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts, and reports to recommend actionable solutions.

Job Summary

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, helping create a fair, compliant, and high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 to $140,000 per year.
• Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.
• Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Palmdale, CA.
• Schedule: 5/40 schedule.
• Travel and extended hours may be required.
