Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support interview scheduling, postings, and ATS data integrity. You will partner with recruiters and use Workday to manage recruiting operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR recruiting coordination or administrative work, along with strong organization and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ATS/CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• AA or College degree preferred.
• 1-3 years HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ATS, CRM systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Support Recruiters in Workday recruiting operations and job postings.
