Hyve Solutions is seeking a front desk coordinator to manage daily reception duties at our Olive Branch facility. You will greet visitors, verify access, route inquiries, and support the TA team with interview scheduling and onboarding steps.

In this role you’ll work with HR and facilities to ensure security, badge issuance, mail handling, and timely updates to supervisors. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage front desk
• Verify all parties entering the facility
• Maintain a visitor’s log
• Greet all candidates, customers, vendors, etc.
• Provide direction and support
• Receive in FedEx/UPS/US Mail and distribute to appropriate parties
• Provide support to contingent workforce with routine questions
• Generate badges-new/replacement badges
• Schedule interviews for the TA team
• Send out new hire orientation emails
• Process I9’s for new hires
• Support the HR team with open enrollment, Glint survey, employee engagement events
• Support ER partners with translation support
• Assign lockers
• Complete locker audits
• Support the conversion to Hyve process with contingent workers
• Work with staffing partners and payroll when there are payroll discrepancies
• Process the contingent worker attendance bonus report and staffing metrics report
• Provide additional support to supervisors and managers as needed
• Ensure supervisors/managers are provided with daily updates on call outs
• Process all contingent worker terminations, requests for corrective actions, coaching and counseling’s
• Ensure adequate amounts of badge cards, environmental policy cards, and lanyards are available for NHO-Monthly inventory of all items
