Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6+ months

Manager Notes

• Recruitment Coordinator
• Owning the new-hire process.
• This includes ensuring the candidate is having a wonderful recruitment experience as well as guiding them through all the processes of starting a new job.
• Experience in facilitating orientation for new hires on a weekly basis.
• Supporting the recruiters with day to day tasks such as interview scheduling, guiding their new hire to their first day of employment.
• Creating metrics reports and running them monthly.
• Processing all SAP Transactions.
• Owning and overseeing the entire requisition and offer process from routing the position for approvals to routing the offer for approvals once a candidate is selected.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Supporting 50-150 candidates.

Interview

Onsite Interview (give them background, meet with team members).

We will be in Philadelphia, PA in Center City.

Work Schedule: 9 am-6 pm
