Job summary

Nation Safe Drivers (NSD) is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Boca Raton. You will help connect great talent with meaningful careers and build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, call center, customer service, or other fast-paced operational roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Assist with drafting and posting engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support hiring events, career fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Participate in employer branding efforts and help promote NSD as an employer of choice.

Working alongside our HR and Talent Acquisition team, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional candidate experiences while helping us attract top talent across multiple business functions.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, call center, customer service, or other fast-paced operational roles preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
