Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team in the United States. You will source, screen, interview, and advocate for candidates while advising clients on market intelligence and recruitment strategies.

You will build a strong candidate network, manage the pipeline, and maintain client relations to meet weekly submission and hire goals. A bilingual (Spanish/English) capability is required.
