Job summary

Fenway Health in Boston, MA is seeking an HR Generalist focused on Talent Acquisition and Compensation. You will partner with hiring managers to attract diverse talent, manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines, and administer compensation practices and job classifications.

Responsibilities include sourcing, vendor relationships, ATS management, and data reporting. This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and initiative in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–5 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and drive decisions.
• Experience administering compensation programs, conducting job analysis, and salary benchmarking.
• Experience administering an ATS, including reporting, workflow management, and system configuration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to attend career fairs and recruiting events, including evenings/weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to identify workforce needs and recruit diverse talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across disciplines and up to 40–50 requisitions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through networks, job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Build diverse pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical and provider roles.
• Maintain equitable and inclusive searches and provide timely candidate updates.
• Collaborate on ATS usage, data analytics, and recruitment reporting.
