Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an HR Business Partner with Talent Acquisition expertise to lead recruitment strategy and execute end-to-end hiring processes. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates across complex roles, ensuring diverse pipelines and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in recruitment, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required; relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
Excellent written, verbal communications, listening, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate to provide counsel advice.
Demonstrated ability to build diverse applicant pipelines.

Responsibilities

Serve as an HR Business Partner with expertise in Talent Acquisition.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Counsel Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions and the recruitment lifecycle.
In high-volume periods, prioritize recruitment needs with senior leadership.
Manage the recruiting lifecycle: source, assess, interview, debrief, reference checks, negotiate offers.
Establish relationships with hiring managers and ensure market equity.
Provide recommendations on outreach events and recruitment tools.
