Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools is seeking a Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator to attract diverse candidates for K–12 roles across Memphis, TN. You will lead sourcing, outreach, and events, partnering with HR and school leaders to fill critical vacancies while maintaining a proactive pipeline and positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes relationship building, social media outreach, and data-informed decision making to strengthen GCS’s mission and commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience coordinating events, outreach, or managing relationships with candidates or community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing to build awareness of GCS career opportunities.
• Coordinate job postings, social media campaigns, and outreach aligned with hiring priorities.
• Plan and manage recruitment events, college visits, career fairs, and community partnerships.
• Screen applications, conduct initial screenings, and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline.
• Support interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding handoffs in partnership with HR.
