Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools in Memphis is seeking a Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator to build a diverse talent pipeline for student-facing roles. You will design outreach, social media campaigns, and community partnerships to attract strong candidates and keep vacancies filled.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, events, screening, and timely follow-up, with collaboration across Human Resources and school leaders to uphold GCS commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or education.
• At least two years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination.
• Experience coordinating events and managing outreach with candidates or community partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel to local and regional events, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Maintain year-round sourcing and outreach beyond active vacancies.
• Coordinate recruitment events, campus visits, and community partnerships.
• Manage candidate vetting, interviews, and timely communications.
• Monitor recruitment campaigns and adjust outreach channels.
• Provide regular updates to HR and school leaders on progress.
