Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in candidate screening for open positions and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain tracking and documentation related to screening activity with detailed candidate information.
• Forecast problems and propose solutions and best practices to the organization.
• Apply marketplace knowledge to ensure competitiveness in hiring and document findings for stakeholders.
• Liaise with Experienced Hire Acquisition, University Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition on recruitment.
• Support a results-oriented culture and participate in special projects as assigned.
