Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or functions.
• Experience in the construction or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting trends, practices, and technologies.
• Basic employment law knowledge related to recruiting, screening and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring partners to understand business needs and required skills.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage.
• Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and team dynamics.
• Source candidates across multiple states, including remote areas.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate processes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential data in the ATS and build talent pipelines.
