SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for a temporary hybrid role with in-office presence in San Diego, CA. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple states, including remote areas.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate processes to ensure an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining data integrity in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Experience in construction or renewable energy preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting trends, practices, and employment law.
• Experience with Workday or other ATS required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
