Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to sit onsite at our client's warehouse facility in Vineland, NJ, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and collaboration with team leaders to sustain the onsite workforce.

Responsibilities include recruiting for warehouse roles, coordinating with HR on checks, and onboarding new hires while maintaining strong communication with site leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and pre-qualify warehouse staff for various roles (shipping/receiving, health and safety, drivers, etc.).
• Onboard new hires and explain warehouse policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with HR on background checks and drug tests for new hires.
• Partner with onsite leaders to maintain a strong talent pipeline and address requests promptly.
• Ensure timely clock-in/out and attendance for PCG hires.

Job description

PCG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to sit onsite at our client's warehouse facility, acting as a PCG Ambassador. This position will report to the Onsite Project Senior Manager and support with warehouse recruitment, onboarding of employees, partnering with team leaders to support the PCG onsite employee workforce.

This position is located onsite 5 days at the warehouse in Vineland, NJ. We are flexible on the daily work schedule. Early shifts start at 7:00am.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit and pre-qualify employees for the warehouse. Jobs inclusive of general warehouse, shipping/receiving, health and safety, drivers, quality control, inventory and office related roles.
• Ensure PCG hires arrive and clock in on-time and in /out for breaks.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations with PCG employees. Address issues in the moment to course correct issues as they arise. Help to develop employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain quick response time with all team leaders onsite regarding any requests. Build a strong partnership with all department leaders.
• Onboard all new hires by explaining warehouse policies and procedures.
• Provide information to Human Resources to process all background checks and drug tests for new hires. Partner with Human Resources to ensure necessary paperwork is completed.
• Partner with PCG marketing on job postings and recruitment strategies to help maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
• Other operational responsibilities to ensure all polices and procedures are being adhered to.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience required in HR/Recruitment or has held a leadership role within a warehouse where recruitment was a requirement of the role.
• Must have a thoughtful communication style and adaptability to work in a fast changing environment.
• Must be highly organized and have the ability to work quickly and effectively.
• This role requires a high level of communication and follow through.
• Should be comfortable with basic Excel reporting
