Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update candidate records in ATS and coordinate interview logistics.
• Process departmental expenses and travel reimbursements.
• Assist onboarding and integration tasks for new Partner hires.
• Support search firm tracking, internal communications, and candidate experience.
• Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and manage event logistics.
• Distribute candidate materials to interviewers using templates.
• Monitor recruiting inbox and escalate complex issues.
• Track interviewer feedback and recruiting metrics.
• Maintain compliant, organized electronic recruiting files.
• Support internal recruiting communications and special projects.
