Job summary

Comprehensive Community Health Centers is seeking a Recruiter Assistant to join an established HR team that manages talent acquisition activities. The role involves assisting with interviews, onboarding, file maintenance, and essential HR tasks to support a collaborative department.

Under supervision of the Senior HR Recruiter, you will help with screenings, scheduling, and correspondence, ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience required.
• Excellent vocabulary, grammar and spelling aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment.
• Assist with scheduling applicants interviews and testing
• Coordinates the pre-employment onboarding of new hires, i.e., health screening appointments, HR paperwork, employee verifications, and credentialing paperwork packet
• Creates new hire personnel/medical files
• Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues
• Maintains application tracking system
• Answers the telephone in a professional manner and assists interna/external customers with any questions, directions to the property, etc.
• Assists with recruitment, initial phone screenings, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
• Provides administrative support to the HR department.
• Preps new hire orientation programs/trainings.
• Works closely with all employees to ensure a positive work environment.
• Maintains a daily log of important information to share with the department.
• Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned
