Job summary

dcsports87 in Henrico, VA is not a traditional recruiting shop. This seat is about building a bench of warm, qualified candidates so we never chase after openings last minute.You will establish recruiting channels, select and implement one recruiting software platform, manage every applicant and conversation in one system, run quick fit calls, and guide day-45 onboarding while reporting to Benny Fisher, Chief Heart Officer.

Qualifications

• Ability to recruit at high volume and build a candidate bench.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and outreach across multiple channels.
• Experience selecting and implementing recruiting software platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and relationship-building ability.
• Comfort with managing a fast-paced, growth-focused recruiting function.

Responsibilities

• Build a bench of warm, qualified candidates before openings.
• Develop and maintain multiple recruiting channels (schools, programs, referrals, job boards, partners).
• Configure and optimize the recruiting system so all applicants and conversations live in one place.
• Conduct quick fit calls and participate in values interviews, supporting final hiring decisions.
• Ensure the first 45 days of new hires go smoothly by coordinating with trainers and supervisors.
