Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and account management.
• Proven ability to manage candidate pipelines and client communications.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and ensuring quality.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related reporting for clients.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and client contacts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales to align on open orders and placement strategies.
