Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in the United States is hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time Server - Takeout. As a Server - Takeout, you will ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, delivering a standout takeout or curbside experience while guiding guests through the menu.

Responsibilities include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders for curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Takeout and curbside order processing and packaging.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
• Deliver orders for curbside pickup with hospitality.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
