PF Chang’s China Bistro is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Server – Takeout or To Go Specialist in the Akron, OH area. You will handle takeout orders, guide guests through our menu, and ensure a courteous, efficient curbside experience while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Previous experience is not required – training provided.

Responsabilités

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, package, label, bag, and process takeout orders and curbside pickups.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions to ensure a great takeout experience.
• Deliver orders and provide hospitality while upholding sanitation and safety standards.
