Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist in Ohio. This role focuses on delivering a friendly takeout experience, processing orders, packaging, labeling, and handing off orders for curbside pickup while maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, or obtain one.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders for takeout or curbside pickup.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup while maintaining hospitality.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
