P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring a Server - Takeout to ensure guests are served courteously and promptly, delivering an exceptional takeout or curbside experience.

You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. No experience is required; we offer on-the-job training and flexible shifts to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest's orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest's questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
