Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Lansing, MI is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. You will ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, handling orders for takeout and curbside pickup while guiding guests through the menu and maintaining high hospitality standards.

No prior experience required – we train you. You’ll deliver outstanding service, work as part of a team, and uphold sanitation and safety protocols in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
