Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Oklahoma is hiring a Server - Takeout for immediate placement. Takeouts include taking, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, plus curbside delivery. You will guide guests through the menu with friendly hospitality and ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.

No prior experience required—we train you. This role offers pay between $11 and $13 per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
