Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring for a Server - Takeout/To Go Specialist in a fast-paced setting. You will manage takeout and curbside orders, guide guests on menu choices, and ensure a courteous, timely experience while maintaining high sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, or obtain one.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in guest orders for takeout or curbside pickup.
• Understand the menu to guide guests and answer questions.
• Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
