Job summary

P.F. Chang's in the United States is seeking a friendly Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. You will take, package, label and ring in takeout orders, then deliver curbside when needed, guiding guests through the menu with hospitality and accuracy.

No prior experience required, as we provide training. This is hourly work with flexible scheduling, opportunities to advance, and benefits after eligibility, including meals discounts and referral programs.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in orders for takeout and curbside.
• Guide guests on menu items and answer questions.
• Deliver hospitality and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
