Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be well versed in POS system.

• Maintain tidy tables and dining area; assist with setup.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to management.
• Present bills and process payments quickly and accurately.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
