Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Tulsa is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. You will ensure guests are served promptly, take and process takeout orders, and deliver curbside service with friendly, attentive hospitality.

Responsibilities include guiding guests on menu items, answering questions, and maintaining high sanitation standards. Must be 18+ with acceptable customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card may be required or obtainable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take, place, package, label, bag, and ring-in takeout or to-go orders.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions while maintaining hospitality.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Provide a great takeout/ curbside experience.
