Job summary

P.F. Chang's Tulsa is seeking a friendly Server - Takeout to join our team. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process takeout orders, and deliver curbside pickups while guiding guests through the menu with hospitality and high sanitation standards.

No experience is required—we train you. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, discounted meals, team member discounts, and opportunities for advancement as you grow with us in a fast-paced, guest-led environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
