P.F. Chang's is hiring a Server - Takeout to deliver a friendly, efficient curbside and takeout experience. You will take and process orders, package and label items, and ensure accuracy while maintaining high sanitation standards.

No prior experience required; we provide training. You’ll join a team that values hospitality, flexibility, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities to advance and participate in a benefits program.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Able to reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, packaging, labeling, and ringing in orders.
• Understand the menu to guide guests and answer questions about takeout items.
• Deliver hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
