Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Arlington, TX is hiring a Server - Takeout. You will ensure guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, taking, packaging, labeling, and delivering takeout orders, and guiding guests through the menu with hospitality.

No prior experience is required; paid on-the-job training is provided. You must be at least 18, have a Food Handler's Card if required, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible shifts and a friendly team foster a welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
