Summary Take-Out:
Customer satisfaction is the primary role of the Take-out person! Answering phones, taking food orders, greeting guests, operating the cash register, food safety and order accuracy are the primary responsibilities of the take-out position

- Clean Uniform and Maintains proper hygiene
- Take-out greets and seats the guest when a host is not available
- Has a clear and concise speaking voice and maintains proper phone etiquette
- Greets the guest immediately when they approach the window.
- Serves guests food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
- Maintains restaurant ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Prepares station by stocking condiments, napkins, to go containers and utensils.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
- Actively helps guests select food and beverages by making suggestions and asking and answering food preparation questions.
- Places orders to kitchen through our POS system including special requests and identifying any guest special dietary needs such as allergies.
- Makes certain food is assembled properly and packed accordingly with the proper condiments and utensils.
- Wipes down area after each order
- Prepare food and beverage items that are not done by the cooks such as milkshakes and salads
- Takeout should have the check ready with name and when applicable phone number of the guest
- Takeout is responsible that all checks are closed properly and that the cash drawer is counted at the beginning and ending of each shift
- Maintains proper cash handling and cash-out procedures
- Completes daily and nightly side work.
- Thank guests who are exiting the building
