Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Tag & Title Coordinator for a full-time role at our Warminster, PA location. You will manage title applications, guide customers through regulatory requirements, and mentor title clerks while ensuring timely submissions.

The position emphasizes accuracy, customer service excellence, and up-selling AAA memberships and services. Notary designation is preferred or obtainable within six months.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience, ideally in a lead role.
• Notary Public designation or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Familiarity with motor vehicle title processes and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.
• Provide guidance on state regulations for titles and registrations.
• Lead and mentor title clerks and oversee timely submission of applications.
• Prepare and submit all applications to state agencies on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in submitted applications.
