Northeast Title & Tag, Inc. is seeking a Title & Tag Agent to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. You’ll help customers with DMV services including titles, registrations, transfers, and renewals, in a friendly, fast-paced office.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to explain paperwork clearly. Notary certification is encouraged, and career growth is supported through cross-training and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with DMV-related services, including titles, registrations, transfers and renewals.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and submitted per PennDOT regulations.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person and by phone.
• Maintain organized records and files per state guidelines.
• Operate POS systems and process payments.
• Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations
• Communicate clearly and kindly with customers — both in person and over the phone
• Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments
• Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must

Training & Growth Opportunities

• Cross-training available across four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send
• Opportunity to obtain your insurance license if you’re interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path
• Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days (we’ll help you get certified — if you’re already a Notary, even better!)

Preferred (but not required)

• Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV-related role
• Notary Public certification
• Bilingual or multilingual

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
