Job summary

Hyundai of Anderson SC is seeking an experienced tag & title clerk to support a busy automotive dealership. You will process tag and title paperwork, record liens and payoffs, and manage titles for SC and out-of-state customers.

You will have access to VITU, DDI, and Tekion software, with training available. Experience with SCDMV rules is a must; pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling tag and title paperwork.
• Record liens and lien payoffs accurately.
• Manage titles for South Carolina and out-of-state customers.
• Familiar with SCDMV rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process tag and title work for customers and dealers.
• Record liens and lien payoffs; ensure lien releases.
• Manage wholesale and dealer trade title schedules.
• Utilize Tekion to prepare deals and receivables.

Job description

Experienced tag & title clerk needed for busy automotive dealership.

Responsible to process all tag and title work, record liens, lien payoffs, manage titles due from banks for South Carolina and out of state customers.

Full access to VITU and DDI software. Training available.

Responsible for preparing all wholesale and dealer trade deals, management of wholesale receivable, and tag & title schedules using Tekion software.

Experience with SCDMV rules and regulations is a must.

Pay based on experience.
