Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team at King George, VA, supporting TTWCS software testing across surface, subsurface, and FMS configurations.

You will conduct lab-based testing, modify lab hardware, analyze data, and develop test procedures and TVMs, while coordinating with government personnel and management on test initiatives and issues. This role requires an Active Secret clearance and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's of Science in STEM or military TTWCS operator with maintenance experience.
• Active Secret Clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
• Experience with CBT&E and automated testing tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab settings across configurations and builds.
• Document lab logs, modify hardware, simulators, and network setups in dynamic environments.
• Perform data analysis of test outputs and develop data extraction/reduction elements.
• Document problems with CR/PRs and verify software fixes.
• Develop new test procedures and TVMs; review procedures with peers.
• Generate test plans and test reports; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Present technical briefs and defend data at technical reviews.
• Coordinate with management on test initiatives and issues.
