Job summary

CACI is seeking a Production Team Lead in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to head a tactical communications production team supporting the Army’s dissemination systems. You will oversee design, development, fielding, and training of advanced tactical intelligence transport solutions.

You will manage program operations, coordinate with government stakeholders, and mentor a skilled team in a fast-paced environment. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required and up to 25% travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• BS/BA in engineering, business administration, or project management
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 8+ years supporting DoD with field support and systems training
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs
• Experience with DoD tactical communications systems
• Strong problem solving and independent research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and operational management of program operations and priorities.
• Identify solutions to complex operational and policy-related problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance mission and/or capabilities.
• Develop and maintain broad network of Army contacts to satisfy mission requirements.
• Serve as the lead for coordination and execution of customer requirements.
• Manage a diverse workforce focused on design, development, integration, fielding, and modernization.
