Job summary

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, a BS/BA in engineering or related fields, 5+ years in project management, and 8+ years DoD experience. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is required.
• BS/BA in engineering, business administration, or project management.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years supporting DoD with field support and systems training.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Experience with DoD tactical communications systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and operational management of program operations and priorities.
• Identify solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance mission and/or capabilities.
• Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the Army to satisfy mission requirements.
• Serve as the lead for coordination and execution of customer requirements.
• Manage a diverse work force focused on project lifecycle activities to include design, development, integration, fielding, and modernization.
