Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Team Lead, Tactical Systems (Engineer) to join our team at APG, MD. This full-time professional role supports the Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics and requires Top Secret w/SCI eligibility clearance.

You will oversee design, integration of hardware and software, field requirements, and risk management while coordinating with customers and contractors in government spaces. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of ten years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product design and interrogation supporting mission-specific tactical requirements.
• Integrate emerging technologies to meet Army/IC customer requests.
• Align RTB requirements and guidance.
• Manage hardware and software integration for mission-critical data flows.
• Coordinate field requirements for transitions to modernized platforms.
• Oversee all stages of product creation and delivery.
• Provide resource management and assess risk (cost, schedule, quality).
