Job summary

CACI International in Aberdeen, MD seeks a Production Team Lead to guide a tactical communications production team supporting Army systems. You will oversee production, scheduling, and compliance to deliver fielded systems on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination with government stakeholders and ensuring quality across design, development, integration, fielding, and modernization efforts. A TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering, business administration, or project management.
• 5+ years in project management.
• 8+ years supporting DoD with field and training.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Experience with DoD tactical communications systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and operational management of program operations and priorities.
• Identify solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance mission and/or capabilities.
• Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the Army to satisfy mission requirements.
• Serve as the lead for coordination and execution of customer requirements.
• Manage a diverse work force focused on project lifecycle activities to include design, development, integration, fielding, and modernization.
