Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• MS in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years of SIGINT system design experience
• 5+ years with SIGINT Quick Reaction design and deployment
• 5+ years leading a highly agile, multi-disciplinary technical team
• Ability to develop and integrate signal processing for DOD/IC
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with RF systems and antennas

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and build tactical, portable SIGINT detection systems (RF to processing)
• Apply abstract concepts to meet program objectives and advance state-of-the-art tech
• Conduct studies and feasibility analyses of new theories and products
• Develop prototype components
• Impact strategies by developing new solutions, processes, and standards
• Lead large, complex, strategic project initiatives
