Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field and 5+ years of operational experience, or MA/MS with 3+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proven experience executing DoD program operations with procurement, logistics, and complex travel coordination.
• Supervisory or team lead experience directing operational staff.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills with ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering teams and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations for assigned engineering teams, focusing on procurement, logistics, travel coordination, and equipment tracking.
• Serve as the primary operational interface for engineering leads to ensure timely materials and resources.
• Execute high-volume procurement requests with speed and accuracy; maintain delivery data for forecasting.
• Supervise and develop operations staff, ensuring accountability and responsive support.
• Identify roadblocks and implement timely solutions; support PMR and CDRL submissions with metrics.
• Contribute to process improvement by developing standard operating procedures for procurement and logistics.
