Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a full-time Operations Center Watch Officer - Scheduler to support the FASTC and DS training programs in Blackstone, VA. The role focuses on daily operations, scheduling, de-confliction, and safety across multiple training spaces.

The candidate should have experience in tactical operations centers, with instructor background preferred, and be able to coordinate with staff, instructors, and stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient training operations.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a tactical operations center plus five years of relevant hard skills tactics experience.
• Instructor experience is preferred.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling classrooms, conferences, and training facilities in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination, de-confliction, and safety considerations of training areas for DS training programs.
• Direct facility-wide notifications using various communications media.
• Assist in development and instruction of TOC course curriculum.
