Job summary

Ho-chunk Inc. Management Services (HCIMS) seeks a full-time Operations Center Watch Officer - Scheduler at the FASTC in Blackstone, VA. You will support safe operations, coordinate training spaces, and manage communications for DS training programs.

The role requires scheduling proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, security-focused environment. Occasional travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating and scheduling classrooms, conference rooms, and training facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple scheduling requests and resolve conflicts.
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms and resource utilization reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training area scheduling and de-confliction to ensure safe operations.
  • Direct facility-wide notifications using multiple communications channels.
  • Assist in development and instruction of TOC course curriculum.
  • Process training requests, track training, maintain training logs and EOPs.
  • Operate wave communications systems and manage radio traffic to/from the center.
  • Maintain proficiency in security operations and related procedures.
  • Assist with equipment inventory and maintenance for programs.
  • Serve as training safety officer and support exercises.
