Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Watch Officer to support the Office of Logistics and Global Readiness in Washington, DC. This on-site role requires a TS/SCI with poly and involves 24/7 operational oversight, daily SITREPs, and coordination with IC partners to ensure continuity of critical functions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in watch operating roles within DoD or IC environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years’ work experience may substitute for degree.
• Five plus years of U.S. Military, IC, or Other DoD Agency experience.
• Minimum 5 years of watch officer or equivalent operations center experience.
• Must be eligible for personnel clearance crossover.
• Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform on a five-week rotational schedule shift.
• Provide SITREP updates to senior leadership and IC partners.
• Support Situation Response Teams (SRT) during crises.
• Maintain collaboration with IC, CCMDs and service intelligence centers.
• Be a 24/7 Communications Support Center member for deployed personnel families.
• Draft daily and event-driven SITREPs and briefings.
